Driver’s Terms & Conditions
1. Drivers must hold a current driver’s licence other than a learner’s licence.
2. The vehicle must be roadworthy and registered in the name of the driver/business.
3. The vehicle must have a valid registration and third party insurance for the term of the contract
4. Drivers must advise CarAdds within 24 hours of any accidents, inform CarAdds if the vehicle is off the road (for any reason) for more than 48hrs or of any damage to the advertising material.
5. Drivers must agree to 2 way vision advertising placed on their rear car window only.
6. All participants agree to the terms and conditions which you have agreed to at time of registration.
7. Drivers will receive $100 IN ADVANCE for the first monthly payment at the time of installation. The balance will be paid monthly thereafter.
8. Drivers must upload a photo of their odometer every 4 weeks after the date of installation to ensure subsequent payments.
9. If an advertiser fails to pay once a campaign has passed its commencement date, CarAdds will make every effort to ensure this money is collected. If this money is not paid within 3 weeks of due date then CarAdds will advise the driver to cease their driving campaign( Drivers will always receive payment for the month in advance). CarAdds will make every effort to ensure the advertiser makes payment.
10. Drivers are not permitted to tamper with the advertising material and are liable for any lost or damaged advertising. CarAdds retains the right to withhold driver payment to cover this cost. The driver must ensure that the vehicle is kept clean and presentable at all times during a campaign.
11. Drivers must notify CarAdds immediately if the ownership of the vehicle is transferred.
12. Drivers must be over 18 years of age.
13. The details you supply in your registration of average kilometres driven per year are only an estimate. However, if you don’t fall within a 30% range of this figure each month during a campaign, CarAdds reserves the right to withhold your driver payment.
14. CarAdds will arrange an installation booking at your home or workplace. It is the driver’s responsibility to ensure that they have their car at the location and time informed. The driver must ensure that the car is clean and well presented prior to the advertising installation.
15. The registered driver must be present at the installation for a pre-installation vehicle inspection which the registered driver will sign off on. The installation process takes approximately 20 mins however the driver is only required to be present for the inspection which will only take a few minutes. Drivers will receive their first monthly payment in advance within 24 hours of installation. We will require a photo of your odometer to be taken by the installer prior to initial advance payment.
16. At the time of installation we will do an inspection of your car before the material is applied. There is a chance that some cars may need the back windscreen wiper to be temporarily removed to allow for installation, however, this will be determined at the time.
17. Drivers will be charged for any bank fees incurred by CarAdds as a result of their supplying of incorrect or incomplete information .This will be deducted from the driver income.
18. If a driver fails to meet the driver terms and conditions we retain the right to remove the advertising at our discretion.
19. All of the information I have provided is true and accurate.
Advertiser’s Terms & Conditions
1. Once drivers are confirmed, the design print and installation may take 14 days. (There may be a delay due to the advertiser submitting print ready artwork)
2. We require a minimum deposit of 50% and the balance 50% payable within 7 days of time of installation. (We will notify you once installation has been booked in). Once installed CarAdds will send you photos of your advertisement(s).
3. Advertisers can supply their own artwork or have our design partners biiz.com.au design an ad that you will love and will work for you.
4. All prices listed are GST exclusive.
5. Once a campaign is active it can be extended at any point, however, it can only be extended in 3 month increments, and is subject to driver’s agreement
6. If the advertising is damaged during a campaign then CarAdds will repair or replace the damaged advertising at no cost to the advertiser.
7. If a driver is removed from a campaign then CarAdds will make every endeavour to find a suitable replacement driver. If this is not possible then fees payable will be ceased immediately, and any outstanding fees already paid by the advertiser will be refunded.
8. The driving details in a driver’s profile are an estimate only. They are not required to drive exactly as their profile states, this is an indication only.
9. By confirming an advertising campaign, I agree to enter into an advertising contract with CarAdds for the length of time chosen, and bound by the above mentioned terms and conditions.
